Background & Experience
Lee joined CrossPlans in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in the industry across multi-national and boutique-sized TPA firms. Immediately prior to CrossPlans, he spent 5 years in Melbourne working in the Australian retirement industry, Superannuation, as a Complaints and Incidents manager. Prior to finding his calling in the retirement industry, he had a varied career in sports merchandising, insurance, and freight railroad operations. Lee and his family reside in Upstate New York.
Lee loves spice, the hotter the food the better!
