Our Story
CrossPlans was founded in 2006 with a bold vision: to deliver dynamic retirement plan strategies that meet a current need and evolve with each client’s business. That vision belonged to Jack Cross, whose belief in listening and responding with fresh thinking and client-first service continues to guide how we operate CrossPlans today.
The CrossPlans logo, shaped with Jack’s initials taking the proverbial “leap” of entrepreneurship, quietly reflects the innovative thinking he brought to the retirement plan space. Jack laid the foundation for a firm built on integrity, clarity, creativity, and carefully solving sophisticated solutions trusted by businesses and centers of influence across the country.
Today, CrossPlans remains proudly independently owned and acutely focused on building plans that work for Plan Sponsors and rooted in trusting relationships that last as business and Plan needs scale, grow or change.
