Background & Experience
Lindsey Phillips serves as our Director of Operations, where she is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily management of our operational functions. With more than two decades of dedicated experience in retirement plan administration and team management, she consistently fosters collaborative environments that drive results. Lindsey earned her NIPA APA (Accredited Pension Administrator) designation in 2010, AKS (Accredited 401(k) Specialist) in 2023 and has been an active volunteer on the NAFE Planning Committee since 2020, serving as co-chair in 2025.
Lindsey lives in her home state of Iowa with her husband, Marshall, and rescue pit bull, Walter.
She looks forward to planning her next sky diving experience, with already having been in Iowa and Arizona.
